The food selection was AMAZING!!! I really enjoyed every meal. PlayStation consoles are available in the rooms, and PS5 consoles are in the lobby. The location is excellent, right across from the theme park and next to the shopping avenue. I found everything so cute.
The bed in my room felt a little too soft. I would have preferred something firmer.

the hotel offered great food variety and options. my room had playstation and arcade games. the room's design was very fun I found the rooms spacious and clean. it attracted my kids attention.
i found very little snacks available.

the gym was well kept with modern equipment. the hotel features an amazing atmosphere that is family friendly. the location is near a shopping area with many terraces and restaurants it is really amazing.

the staff were friendly and helpful. the guest relations team showed us around the park. personal assistants provided support and daily shuttle service was available to Rixos Premium with its private beach and pools.

my children and i stayed in a beautiful room for five days and it was super clean! the kingdom hotel app made contacting the staff easy for any issue. nickelodeon land was open until late and that was AMAZING!!!
the water park was amazing, but many restaurants and bars were not included in the all-inclusive package. only drinks were offered at those restaurants. it was difficult to get ice cream since only one kiosk offered it within the theme park.
